The Fab Fertile Couples Coaching Program is a unique program that will allow you to take a targeted approach to your fertility.  We have found that including your partner in the program sets you up for success as you embark on your family building journey. Your partner may deal with infertility differently than you, but that does not mean they are not equally impacted.  This program will layer in strategies that focus on your health and well being while giving you both a positive outlook for the future.

How Our Program Is Different:

1) Personalized Diet/Lifestyle Protocol: We’ll develop a personalized diet/lifestyle protocol based on functional testing that will allow you to get faster results.  You may have tried numerous diets (Vegan, Paleo, Ketogenic, Whole30) and are still not pregnant. Based on the testing we develop a diet that is customized for you and we will support you to implement these changes into your daily routine.  We will layer in personalized lifestyle strategies that will set you up for success as you focus on preconception health.

2) Emotional Support: We provide emotional support to help you deal with the stress of infertility and the impact it has on your life. This is a key factor in the success of our program. Dealing with infertility impacts every aspect of your life. The constant worry and heartache associated with infertility are draining and overwhelming.  The program gives you the space to acknowledge the pain, but instead of stuffing it down inside (which just prolongs the suffering) we give you a safe place to be vulnerable. Through this vulnerability is where you will find that inner guidance and the knowing that some way, somehow you will be parents.

3) Functional Testing: Functional Testing is the foundation of the program and will allow us to address potential food sensitivities, mineral deficiencies, gut infections, and hormonal imbalances. If you have been told all your blood work is normal our Blood Chemistry review will highlight areas for you to explore further.  These tests are essential because your survival is more important than procreation. When there is inflammation or underlying gut issues this may be WHY you are unable to conceive. The key here is to test don’t guess, develop a plan, and follow through with the plan. You’ll have access to two (2) Fertility Experts during the duration of your program.  A Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and Fertility Coach who has personally experienced infertility – both trained in the Fab Fertile Coaching Method. At the end of the program you will either be:

• a) pregnant
• b) have prepared your body in the absolute best way to improve the success of your next IUI/IVF.
